Klaus Philipsen, a community architect in Baltimore, has shared 21 relatively simple ideas to improve pedestrian safety.

I think eliminating the right on red would be a good thing for pedestrian safety although I know drivers won’t like it. But I have been guilty of making those right hand turns and not seeing a pedestrian entering the crosswalk. Your thoughts?
