I’ve posted before about self-driving cars but this is something different. Japan, who has the fastest aging population in the developing world, has developed a single seat, self driving electric vehicle. It’s called Ropits and doesn’t drive in the streets. But it will theoretically get you to your destination while avoiding obstacles in the way.
What a boon to seniors who can no longer drive. This will be very interesting to see in operation.
