The National Association of Realtors recently released a survey that shows that a majority of Americans want to live in a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood. They are willing to give up a larger home for a smaller home if they can reduce their commute.
I wonder if Cortland County realtors would say the same thing. Anyone want to chime in?
