Exercise before school

Research has now shown that walking or bicycling to school is actually beneficial to kids.

I know, I know, that is not a revelation.

But did you know that walking or bicycling to school actually helps kids concentrate and the effect can last for four hours?

The co-author of a new Danish report stated “as a third-grade pupil, if you exercise and bike to school, your ability to concentrate increases to the equivalent of someone half a year further in their studies.”
