New York City update

Transit and travel are coming back to New York City according to this article in Forbes. But not without headaches for the millions of commuters.

Bridges to Manhattan are open but you must have at least 3 people in your vehicle. Traffic congestion is a nightmare and gas is scarce.

Some areas of the subway system are still flooded. This could take weeks or even months to be fully restored.

Buses are free for the next 2 days but getting a seat on one is very difficult.

For those who can walk some distance, that seems to be one of the best ways to get around.

Same with bicycles.

Due to climate change the talk is these scenes could be more and more common in many of our coastal cities.
