Walk more – every day

I didn’t know until last night, but maybe you knew, that yesterday was National Walking Day. I hope you did some extra walking yesterday.

To keep yourself motivated to walk more each day, especially now that the weather is improving,  you may want to check out the  Walk with Walgreens initiative.

Walking is the easiest way to get more exercise. Incorporating it into your everyday routine, reducing your driving trips,  is the best Way2Go.
